Vegamour Hair Growth Serum: 19 Things To Know

The Vegamour hair growth serum promises visible results in just 30 days and improves styling by over 50% – and they have some impressive before and after photos to back up that claim.  Besides the pictures, you probably have a lot of questions about their Gro hair serum and Gro+ advanced serum, which is not only vegan but also animal-free. In this review, you’ll find out more about the ingredients of these two topical hair serums and how they differ from each other. Tip: One of them contains cannabis and CBD. I will also talk about the eyelash serum.

3 Significant differences

Vegamour Hair Growth Serum: 19 Things To Know
Vegamour Hair Growth Serum

Gro + Advanced Serum contains the following ingredients:

  • Cannabis sativa extract
  • Cannabidiol (CBD)
  • separate bergamot peel oil

The decision to add hemp and CBD to your hair serum is unique. Hair follicles have receptors for CBD. Cannabidiol also has anti-inflammatory effects, which may play a role in hair growth potential. However, it is not known if local CBD is able to make people grow hair.

Both hair serums contain bergamot exfoliating oil, but the Advanced serum contains a separate bergamot exfoliating oil. The meaning of the word uttered is unknown. Bergamot is effective in lowering cholesterol levels. It has also been shown to give mice hair.

4 Vegamoor before and after Photo

The company’s website has some interesting before and after photos. The company also claims that the Vegamour serum after 4 months :

  • Increases the appearance of the hair up to 52%.
  • Reduce signs of shedding up to 76%.

Note that the company claims the serum increases hair density. It’s more about improving the look. This strange wording could be the result of FDA rules governing what companies can and cannot say about products?

The result of their before and after photos are clinical studies where people used Vegamoor for 150 days. It is not known whether this study was peer-reviewed. It is also not known whether GRO+ Advanced Hair Serum is superior to regular hair serum.

5 How long will the work take?

According to the company, the results should be available within 3 to 4 months. The company also states that results may vary.

6 How does it work?

According to the company:

  • Mug bean extract strengthens the skin’s papillae. The Vigna radiator also contains zinc, selenium, silica, iron, and vitamins A, B, C, K, and biotin.
  • Curcumin fights free radicals, which are believed to contribute to hair loss.
  • Red clover contains anti-inflammatory isoflavones.
  • Cannabidiol (derived from cannabis) soothes the skin and allows the other ingredients to work more effectively. The company claims that its CBD molecules are smaller to promote better penetration into the hair shaft.

Translation: Vegamoor seems to work mainly by reducing free radicals and inflammation.

7 How to use a hair serum

Apply to the scalp once a day and massage into problem areas. Use it once a day until you get satisfactory results. Then apply 3 to 4 times a week to achieve the desired result.

8 What about eyelashes?

Do not use hair serum on your lashes. Use an eyelash serum instead, as it has an applicator and the ingredients are a little different. The company also shows before and after photos of eyelashes that show significant improvements. There are two types of eyelash serums from Vegamour:

  • Gro+ Extended Eyelash Serum
  • VegaLash Volumizing Serum

How do they differ? Here are the ingredients of the two eyelash serums, side by side:

Gro+ Advanced Lashes Serum VegaLash Volumizing Serum
Water Water
Pentylene glycol Pentylene glycol
Propanediol Propylene glycol
Glycerine Glycerine

9 Eyelash serum ingredients information

Gro+ Advanced Lash Serum contains cannabidiol and cannabis Sativa. Despite their popularity, they may not be the most important ingredients. Note that both lash serums contain acetyl tetrapeptide-3. At least one study has shown that the combination of acetyl tetrapeptide-3 and ginseng worked as a wall of minoxidil when administered to people with androgenetic alopecia, a common form of hair loss in men and women.

Vegamur contains both acetyl-3-tetrapeptide and red clover. Another study showed that a topical application of acetyl tetrapeptide-3 and red clover also contributed to hair loss. Could acetyl tetrapeptide-3 and red clover be the active ingredients in Vegamour eyelash serum?

10 Where can I buy Vegamoor?

You can buy it directly from the company. It’s also on the Amazon website. Vegamour does not appear to be sold locally at Ulta, Safora, Target, Walmart, or similar stores.

11 Clinical trials with Vegamur

The company reports the results of clinical trials on its website. However, there is no mention of whether these studies were peer-reviewed. Peer-reviewed studies are preferable because they are first reviewed by other experts. However, after 4 months of Vegamour use, there are significant changes before and after intake.

12 Vegamoor + Rogaine: Better together?

Rogaine (minoxidil) has been approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) as a hair restoration agent since the late 1980s. According to the study you are reading, Rogaine is 40-60% effective at growing hair back in men and women. So it proved itself. However, no study could be found that combined Rogaine and Vegamoor. It is possible that they work better together, but clinical trials would be needed to be sure.

13 Who does this?

The company is called Vegamour, Inc. They are located at 1024 Santee St Fl 6, Los Angeles, CA 90015-4711.

15 Vegamur v. Nutrafol

Nutrafol is one of the best-known names for hair growth products. And how does the Vegamoor compare? There do not appear to be any studies comparing Vegamoor to Nutrafol, Keranic, Viviscal, or other hair vitamins. Honestly, Vegamoor is not a dietary supplement. So it makes sense that there are no comparative studies.  It is also not known whether Nutrafol, Viviscal, etc. enhance the effect of Vegamur.

If you are considering a hair growth supplement, Viviscal has more evidence than Nutrafol.

16 What about lasers?

I’d be much more interested to know if Vegamour has improved the low-level laser effects, which are also impressive in the before and after photos. Here is my video on low-level laser and hair growth:

Check it out on my YouTube channel if you want.

17 Side effects of vegamur inclination

So, is the Vegamoor safe? No known side effects. However, if you have never tried an eyelash serum or eyelash shampoo, it may be a good idea to treat a small area of skin first. In this way, possible side effects can be minimized.

In the past, some shampoo manufacturers have been accused of causing hair loss with their products. So far, there have been no reports of hair loss due to Vegamoor, which is a good thing.

GRO+ Advanced Serum contains cannabidiol (CBD) and cannabis Sativa. Do they enter the bloodstream? If you are undergoing a drug test, contact the company and ask for proof that the hair serums are safe for drug testing.

18 What about the Vegamour Gummies?

Vegamour Hair Growth Serum

The ingredients in gum are different from those in hair serum. According to the ingredients list, Vegamour Biotin gummies look like a combination of vitamins, minerals, sugars, and medium-chain triglycerides (MCT). I see no evidence that they make hair grow or improve the effectiveness of the hair serum. Gummies contain a good amount of biotin. Be aware that biotin can interfere with blood tests. Therefore, stop taking it a few days before the blood test and inform your doctor.

19 Does Vegamur Serum work?

The company has released some very interesting before and after photos that, if they are to be believed, seem to show that the Vegamour hair serum can work in some people. While I’m cautiously optimistic, I’d love to see their clinical trials, which unfortunately have yet to be discovered. If you try Vegamour, keep in mind that it may take a few months before you see a difference.

What do you think?

frequently asked questions

Does Vegamour hair serum really work?

Overall, we were impressed with the results on the hair after three months of using Vegamour Gro+. In our experience, Vegamour delivers on its promise to increase hair density and reduce hair loss in 120 days. Vegamour Gro+ is one of the easiest hair loss products we’ve ever used.

What happens when you stop using Vegamour hair serum?

When you stop using an eyelash or eyebrow serum, your lashes will return to their natural state after about a month, as this is the length of the growth cycle. The serum works on your existing eyelashes and eyebrows, and since all hair grows in cycles, once the hair falls out naturally, you will see the results fade.

How long does it take for the Vegamoor to work?

How long does the Vegamoor last? While some customers report thicker hair and visible results after just 30 days, Vegamour advises that most results are visible after 3 months – with the most dramatic results after 4 months of daily use.
